BREAKING: Erik Ten Hag has Banish £70m Man united Ace from first team training after His embarrassing performance against Liverpool – Player currently training with Under21 squad ahead of possible move

There is reportedly a chance that Manchester United midfielder Casemiro will leave the club in the coming weeks to join Galatasaray following his problematic performance against Liverpool on Sunday.

The Brazilian endured a torrid 45 minutes, during which time he made two high-profile mistakes that directly led to Luis Diaz’s two opening strikes.

Unsurprisingly, he was hooked at half-time and replaced by academy graduate Toby Collyer, who saw off the rest of the match.

Casemiro has faced intense criticism after a first standout season with United was followed by a struggling second campaign, with his Liverpool performance another difficult showing from the Real Madrid legend.

Before and throughout the summer transfer window, it’s believed that United were open to selling the veteran but there were no forthcoming offers and as such, it seemed like he was set to remain at Old Trafford for yet another season.

However, according to TBR, there remains a possibility that Casemiro will be offloaded to Turkish giants Galatasaray.

According to the news outlet, “TBR Football understands that a possible exit for Casemiro to Turkey in the coming weeks can’t be ruled out.”

“The midfielder is aware of the situation, and therefore would consider a move to Turkey if the right option was available. Fenerbahce are no longer in the reckoning to sign Casemiro given their own late swoop to sign his former United teammate Sofyan Amarabt.”

“However, Galatasaray, who are set to secure the signing of Victor Osimhen, do have some interest in a possible loan deal. Despite the deadline passing in England, Turkey’s transfer window remains open until mid-September.”

TBR notes that while United would be keen to let Casemiro leave for the right deal, the 32-year-old’s massive wages mean that a transfer would not be easy to get over the line.

It’s understood that the arrival of Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain means that Casemiro’s playing time will be limited moving forward.
