Breaking News: In response to harmful rumors regarding his future, Marcus Rashford tweets out at a Manchester United fan channel
Marcus Rashford, a top player for Manchester United, has voiced his disapproval of a prominent fan channel for propagating damaging rumors over his future future with the club.
Due to the fact that the England international has had a challenging beginning to the season, he was not included in the matchday squad for the match against Fulham that took place earlier this week.
There was a leg injury that Rashford sustained in the days leading up to the journey to west London. However, he did not pass the late fitness test that was administered before the game, despite traveling with the team.
“Rashford’s future in doubt?” was the title of a video that was uploaded to The United Stand’s YouTube channel on Monday. In the video, a contributor questioned the dedication that he had towards the team.
The individual who reacted on their X (formerly known as Twitter) account, who was 26 years old, did not take well to this. The message that he sent stated, “Please STOP spreading malicious rumours.”
Rashford has to get back into scoring form for United.
Rashford had a phenomenal season at United in 2022/23, during which he scored 30 goals and provided 11 assists.
Over the course of this term, he had a difficult time maintaining the same level of performance. There has only been one instance in which the club graduate has scored, but they have provided three assists.
