Breaking News:In the Champions League, Erik ten Hag has confirmed that the Manchester United duo is prepared to play Copenhagen.
The manager of Manchester United, Erik ten Hag, has announced that both Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire are prepared to play against Copenhagen in the group round of the Champions League tomorrow.
The Red Devils were able to go back on track with their winning streak on Saturday, when they defeated Fulham by a score of 1-0 in the Premier League. It was in the 91st minute of the game that Bruno Fernandes scored the game-winning goal.
Ten Hag will be looking to carry the momentum into the critical European match that will take place in Denmark. Prior to the game, he has verified that Rashford and Maguire are both ready to play.
Despite the fact that Rashford traveled with the club to Craven Cottage during the past weekend, he was not included in the matchday squad because he was unable to heal from a small knock to his leg.
The Englishman returned to team training earlier today, and Ten Hag has stated that he is completely ready for the rematch against the squad that currently holds the title of Danish champion.
Manutd.com said that he was “100% [Ready].” Rashy was sidelined for one game due to a minor fracture.
Maguire is available to play against Copenhagen, according to the manager, who also confirmed this information. After suffering a minor head injury in west London over the weekend, the club has followed all of the measures that have been established.
